Penguin is a cute, playful younger adult. He’ll be neutered prior to adoption. He’s keen for attention and affection, and is already fully vaccinated. 

The Laramie Animal Shelter is located at 1064 N. 5th Street. The shelter is open Monday through Friday from 1 pm until 5:30 pm.
