Koda Finally Safe at Laramie Animal Welfare Society – Needs Surgery and Foster Care.

Browse By

Koda was trapped last night by an amazing group of good samaritans/volunteers after running loose and scared for over 2 months in Laramie.

Unfortunately, this sweet girl has a broken tibia. She is at Animal Health Center for surgery this morning to plate the break. This will be a $2000+ procedure on top of our already $12,000 vet bills for the month. If you are interested in making a donation towards her care it would be so appreciated.

She deserves to live a pain-free, happy, loved life. It is hard to fathom all that this sweet girl has been though in her short life but at LAWS, the staff can’t wait to see what the future holds for her.

LAWS is also seeking an amazing foster home for her- to help her recover, help her through her trauma, and teach her love and trust. LAWS will be incredibly particular in her placement. If you are interested in fostering please apply today.

LAWS thanks Jen Baxter, Diamond In The Rough Pet Recovery- Cheyenne, Kelli DeCora/LAWS and Rory and Paige Nelson for their hard work and determination to get this girl to safety.
