As you may remember from previous posts, I have a weakness for farmers’ markets. So much so that I went to Cheyenne this weekend to visit their winter indoor market. That’s right, I drove about a hundred miles to get homemade kimchi and Wyoming honey.

I used to live in a place that had two Costcos within 15 minutes of my house. Can you imagine that kind of luxury? That’s the reason why when we first moved to Laramie I thought driving all the way to Cheyenne or Fort Collins to run errands was ridiculous. Now it’s my normal, and to be honest? I don’t mind it as much as I used to. But if Laramie ever gets a Costco, I’ll be camped out in the parking lot on opening day.
