Four new officers were sworn in to the Laramie Police Department on Tuesday. At a swearing in ceremony conducted by Assistant Chief of Police, Robert Terry and City Clerk, Nancy Bartholomew on Monday April 25th, Police Officer Recruits, Seth Meyer, Clara Shaw, Carson Schilt and
