Cheyenne Native and UW Graduate Excited to Enhance Communication in Local School District

Albany County School District #1 is delighted to announce the appointment of Madison Green as their newest Communications Coordinator. A Cheyenne native and recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Communications from the University of Wyoming, Madison brings a fresh perspective and enthusiasm to her role.

In a recent statement, Madison expressed her excitement about the opportunity to showcase the success stories of students and staff within the district. “I am most excited to not only learn more about this field of work but also get to watch and share all the stories about the success of our students and staff!” she shared.

Madison’s roots in Wyoming and her agricultural background uniquely position her to connect with the local community. “Being raised in Wyoming and having an agricultural background allows me to better relate to a lot of the students and staff here,” Madison explained. “I love the community that is in Wyoming, and I enjoy being able to be a part of that and share more about how other Wyoming natives are learning and growing in our community.”

As the district’s Communications Coordinator, Madison will play a crucial role in keeping the public and district employees informed about all events and highlighting the achievements of students. Her passion for the outdoors and dedication to family values align well with the district’s ethos.

Madison has extended an invitation to meet face-to-face for a formal introduction, demonstrating her commitment to fostering strong connections within the school community. The district looks forward to the positive impact Madison will bring to enhancing communication and celebrating the accomplishments of Albany County School District #1.
