Laramie residents can now apply for Residential Parking Permits online, making the process faster and easier. The new system is available anytime, giving residents more flexibility.

For those without internet access, a public kiosk is available at City Hall. To apply or renew a permit, residents must provide:

• Proof of residence in a designated parking area (such as a lease, utility bill, or bank statement)
• Vehicle registration or insurance showing the VIN
• A valid email address for application updates

Residents can also request temporary guest permits online. These permits, available only through residents, are valid for a single day and required for guest parking in permitted zones Monday-Friday, 6 AM–6 PM.
