Girl Scout cookie season is officially returning to Laramie, bringing a new flavor and the familiar favorites locals look forward to each year!
The 2026 season introduces Exploremores, a brand-new cookie inspired by rocky road ice cream. The cookie features a chocolate base filled with marshmallow and toasted almond–flavored crème, offering a rich and sweet option that stands out from the traditional lineup. Exploremores will be priced at $6 per box.
The new cookie arrives alongside returning favorites including Adventurefuls, Lemonades, Trefoils, Thin Mints, Peanut Butter Patties, Caramel deLites, Peanut Butter Sandwich, and Caramel Chocolate Chip.

Important Dates for Cookie Season
The Girl Scout cookie program officially begins Friday, Jan. 30.
Pre-orders will be taken from Jan. 30 through Feb. 15. Booth sales will then run from March 20 through April 12 at locations around Laramie, including grocery stores and shopping centers.
Customers who do not personally know a Girl Scout can still purchase cookies online through the Girl Scout Cookie Finder at www.girlscoutcookies.org.

A Tradition in the Laramie Community
For many local families, Girl Scout cookie season has become a familiar part of late winter and early spring. Booth sales across town often bring together neighbors, friends, and community members while supporting local youth programs.
The addition of a new cookie flavor gives residents something new to try while continuing the annual tradition.

Supporting Local Girl Scouts
Cookie sales remain the Girl Scouts’ largest fundraiser and play an important role in supporting local troops.
All revenue earned from cookie sales, after paying the baker, stays within the local troops and council. Girls decide how to spend their troop cookie earnings, which help fund experiences such as service projects, troop travel, outdoor activities, and summer camp.
By participating in the cookie program, Girl Scouts also build five essential life skills: goal setting, decision making, money management, people skills, and business ethics. These skills are designed to help them succeed both now and in the future.
This Year’s Theme
This year’s cookie season theme is “Unbox the Future,” which focuses on removing social barriers that can limit opportunities for girls.
The theme encourages confidence, leadership, and exploration as Girl Scouts across the country take part in the program. As cookie season begins in Laramie, residents will once again see local scouts out in the community, offering cookies, building skills, and inviting the public to support their work through every box sold.
