The Wyoming Small Business Development Center Network (SBDC) is launching a free CARES Act Recovery Program to help Wyoming small businesses grow and thrive through the Covid-19 Pandemic. The program offers free training, free webinars, and free one-on-one advising for small businesses. These resources will be offered through September of 2021. Maureen Johnson, the CARES Act Marketing Coordinator for the Wyoming Small Business Development Center Network, says that this program “offers opportunities for business owners to take advantage of learning something new and learning to implement new strategies to cope and survive through the pandemic.”

This free assistance for Wyoming business owners is funded by a grant through the Small Business Administration (SBA) and the CARES Act, a federal program providing assistance for COVID-19 recovery. The first event of the program took place near the end of June. “Our program is statewide, we have reginal advisors sprinkled throughout the state,” Johnson says. “The supplemental experts that we are bringing in to assist those advisors are based statewide as well as nationwide to help specifically Wyoming business owners.”

The press release for the program explains the resources offered to business owners:
