Laramie, Wyoming – Get ready for a literary treasure hunt as the Friends of the Albany County Public Library gear up for their Fall book sale from Friday, September 15 to Monday, September 18, 2023. This much-anticipated event promises a diverse selection of reading materials and more, all while supporting the local library.

The Friends of the Library go the extra mile to ensure a delightful shopping experience. The sale is meticulously organized, resembling a traditional bookstore, complete with genre-based sections. Navigating the treasure trove of books, vinyl, CDs, DVDs, audiobooks, electronic games, and more is made easier with handy maps.

One exciting highlight of this sale is the extensive DVD collection, offering hours of entertainment. Additionally, you’ll discover a wealth of books in various languages and a fine selection of vintage reads across genres.

Mark your calendar and head to the basement of the Albany County Public Library at 310 S 8th St., conveniently situated at the corner of 8th Street and Grand Avenue. The sale hours are as follows:

• Friday, September 15: 2:30 pm – 5:30 pm (Members Only Sale)*
• Saturday, September 16: 10:00 am – 5:30 pm
• Sunday, September 17: 10:00 am – 5:30 pm
• Monday, September 18: 10:00 am – 5:30 pm (50% Off Day)

*Not a member yet? Don’t worry! You can purchase or renew memberships at the library circulation desk or by visiting friends.acplwy.org. Annual memberships are priced at $10 per person, $15 per household, or $50 for Benefactors. New memberships and renewals are also available on the day of the sale.
