Jennifer Power is celebrated for her tireless advocacy for Main Street initiatives. Behind the scenes, she works diligently to ensure that every downtown event receives the attention it deserves. Her patience and kindness shine through even in the midst of the most chaotic situations, making her a beacon of positivity within the community.

One of Jennifer’s remarkable contributions lies in her one-on-one assistance to local businesses. She equips them with the necessary tools to attract new customers and thrive in a competitive market.

Furthermore, Jennifer’s eye for design has led her to expand her knowledge base, becoming an in-house preservationist. This summer, she successfully relaunched the community’s facade grant program, which has resulted in nine local businesses obtaining funding to enhance their storefronts. Her dedication to this endeavor, including thorough research of best practices and collaboration with the City to streamline the application process, has been instrumental in its success.

Jennifer’s exceptional growth as a professional and her ability to take on strategic roles within the organization have highlighted her exceptional leadership skills. The award was presented to Jennifer Power by Jennifer Ford, a Wyoming Main Street Advisory Board Member, during the Wyoming Working Together conference in Lander, Wyoming.
