The Laramie Skatepark community is hosting Stoke-A-Thon 2022, this year they are celebrating the one year of the park’s brand new expansion. 

“The goal of the event is to build the skate community and celebrate the park.” said Josh Kaffee, coordinator of the event. 

Anyone is welcome to come and join the celebration, live music, raffle, and skate event.

This event is Saturday, October 8th from 12-3 pm at La Bonte Skate Park. Anyone and any skater of all skill levels are allowed to participate in this event, but a waiver must be filled out before getting your skate on! The waiver can be signed on the day of the event! 

Local Laramie musician Angelus Errare and bands Dirt Sucker and Yegarma will be performing sets during this rad event.

Upon arrival, everyone gets four stokes (raffle tickets) to the event. If you would like more than four tickets, every ticket after will be for sale for $1.00. All proceeds go towards the park, and supporting this event. 

In celebration of the park, here will be a low-key skate competition, where you get to be the judge! If a skater does an amazing run or is even just wearing a cool shirt, go ahead and give them a stoke ticket!
