The City of Laramie is calling on residents to volunteer as Snow Angels this winter to help keep sidewalks and driveways clear and safe for the community.
The Snow Angels program connects volunteers with neighbors who may struggle to shovel snow due to age, disability, or other challenges. Keeping sidewalks clear isn’t just about convenience—it’s vital for the safety of pedestrians, mail carriers, and emergency responders.
“Snow removal is crucial for preventing falls and maintaining accessibility in our neighborhoods,” says Owen Schildt, City of Laramie Management Analyst.
