The City of Laramie proudly introduces a new Electric Vehicle (EV) charging station downtown at the University and 1st Street Bison Lot. This initiative reaffirms the city’s dedication to sustainability. Join the celebration on October 25 at 4:00 PM for a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Kim Viner from the Albany County Historical Society, Trey Sherwood from the Laramie Main Street Alliance, and Mike Yin from OtterSpace will be speaking.
OtterSpace, a Wyoming business, is partnering with Laramie to address EV charging needs. The Laramie station offers four 80A Level 2 chargers, ideal for convenient downtown charging. This step towards sustainable transportation aligns with Laramie’s history of embracing new technology. Everyone is encouraged to attend this event to support Laramie’s environmental efforts.
