Due to the winter storm the following closures are in place for Tuesday November 26th, 2019:
- University of Wyoming – campus is closed Tuesday including all transit services
- LCCC Campuses and Outreach Centers – will close at 5 pm 11/25 and be closed all day Tuesday. All classes and events are cancelled. The campus will also be closed Wednesday through Sunday for Thanksgiving Break.
- Albany County School District 1 will be closed Tuesday November 26th. This decision has been made after consultation with the National Weather Service. School buildings and district facilities will be closed. Bus routes will not run. All activities and field trips have been cancelled.
- The Open School will be closed Tuesday.
- City of Laramie offices and non essential services will be closed on Tuesday, November 26, 2019. There will be no trash pick up and the landfill will be closed. Staff at the Laramie Community Recreation and Ice & Event Centers will assess the weather in the morning for a possible delayed opening.
- Peak Wellness Center offices will be closed. On call therapists will be available for emergency situations.
- Smile Doctors Braces will be closed
- Smile Academy Pediatric Dentistry will be closed.
- State of Wyoming offices in Cheyenne will be closed.
- WYDOT Offices in Laramie are closed
- Albany County Offices are closed
- Albany Health Clinic is closed
- Wyoming Department Of Workforce Services Laramie and Rawlins offices are closed.
Delays
- Stitches Acute Care Center will open late at 9 am.
- City of Laramie Rec Center & Laramie Ice & Events Center will be delayed until at least Noon. Staff will evaluate the possibility of opening later in the day based on weather conditions.
- ANB Bank will open at 10 am.
