Relative Theatrics, in partnership with Climb Wyoming, is proud to present WITCH by Jen Silverman, running from October 25th through November 2nd at the Gryphon Theater in Laramie. Directed by Kim Lockhart, this inventive retelling of a Jacobean drama features a talented cast, including Shawn Bunning, Sean Coyle, Aurora Dunning, Willow Greiner, Alison Quaggin Harkin, and Michael Stoll.
WITCH tells the story of a charming devil who arrives in the quiet village of Edmonton, offering to fulfill the darkest desires of the townspeople in exchange for their souls. Elizabeth, already labeled a “witch” and shunned by the community, seems like an easy target. However, her soul proves harder to win, leading the devil to return repeatedly. As tensions rise, unexpected alliances form, and the fate of the village is altered forever. This sharp, subversive fable challenges the audience to reflect on the value of one’s soul in times of desperation.
Performances will take place on October 25th, 26th, 30th, 31st, and November 1st and 2nd at 7:30 pm at the Gryphon Theater, located in the Laramie Plains Civic Center. Additionally, a special pay-what-you-can preview performance will be held on October 24th at 7:30 pm.
To make the show accessible to a wider audience, Relative Theatrics offers general admission tickets at three price levels: $43, $28, and $18.
